Another Year

We go to the next year when I was 2 years old in 1949. This was a picture taken at a popular local photograph studio called Studer's. That reminds me that I have to find another photo taken there when I wasn't even a year old that was blown up and hung in their lobby for years.

Getting Back To Business

Well I am about half way through this surgery recovery and finally feeling like getting back to doing something constructive. I have sorted through some more family photos, grouping them according to years. I often wonder if I will actually get them all sorted. I decided to scan some of my early photos and work on my own biography for awhile instead of ancestors. Today I was in a more creative mood and made this scrapbook page. I can work mostly one-handed at the computer, but it doesn't take long for the pain in my hand to return with a vengeance. I have had the time to make it through all my older magazines, read a few books and watch most of my Mariners win and lose their games. I miss working on my quilting and cross-stitching projects, but hopefully I will be back in the midst of them this Fall. In the meantime, I will be patient and continue doing things on my computer and working through all the TV programs stored on my
Direct TV receiver.
